How to Purchase Equipment Using NDIS Funding
To determine if your NDIS funding can cover the purchase, you may need a letter or recommendation from your healthcare provider explaining how the equipment supports your specific needs.

- Once you've selected the products you need, fill in the request form below.
- We will send you a formal invoice or quote for approval and payment.
If you prefer, you can also email your request directly to sales@primephysioessentials.com.au with the necessary details, and we’ll process it within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
