The GLM38 combines overhead lat pulls and a rowing action which together make the transition between high and low pulley exercises effortless. This unique piece of equipment allows you to sit with bent knees and do traditional pull downs using a 1.2 metre bar then immediately switch to a floor sitting position to continue your routine using the 51 centimetre seated row bar.
No Cable Change Technology
‘No-cable-change technology’ means you can go from high pulley to low pulley positions without having to alter pulleys or cables. Pop pin adjustments and easy grip bars add to the convenience of exercising.
Balance and Security
Multi-position foam rollers make sitting extra comfortable and patented nylon bushings result in smooth movements. A foot brace adds comfort and security when in the rowing position and diamond plate stabilisers ensure maximum stability.
