The four section ECO-Bench with forward adjustable arm rests is the ideal option for manipulative therapists also requiring a treatment style table to work on. The head section with face hole can adjust from -90º to +15º with the addition of independent manually adjusting armrests. The adjustable head section includes a nose hole and can be lowered allowing the prone patient to fully relax the neck.
