Which base configuration do we actually need?
The LynX base comes as a traditional Low Height version (Model Code 53231T-CTJ) or Hoist Access (Model Code 53231T-CTJ-HA) for students who need lifting equipment. It's also available on the SX-ELC base with one-touch electric locking castors (Model Code 50231T-CTJ-ELC), confirm which suits your setup before ordering.
What's the warranty and support process if something goes wrong?
Lifetime structural warranty on the base and frame, 5 years electrical, 3 years upholstery. Parts only, documented by Healthtec.
