Multi Grip Press Station

Provides a fantastically smooth, straight (and inclined) chest press to work your pecs, front delts and triceps. With a quick change pop pin system, the MAX1C adjusts to a seated row to tone and strengthen lats, rhomboids, lower back and biceps, as well as a standing shoulder press to target deltoids and triceps. Simply use the different grip handles to engage different muscles for each function.

Front and Rear Pull Down

Featuring a bar with both wide and narrow grip, this station provides multiple exercise options for your lats, trapezius and biceps. Easily adapts to straight arm pull downs and tricep extensions.

Leg Extension/Curl Station

No need to skip leg day, this station will comfortably fit most users with thick foam rollers. Target your quads, hamstrings and calves for a great leg work out.

360° Rotating Pulley Arms
