Easy access and easy to use with quick pop pin selection makes for smooth change ups and downs between sets and different exercises. The coated stack weights make for a safer and quieter selection and use.

Versatile Single Station

Ergonomically engineered, the multi function single station allows users to do a multitude of exercises including; Chest Press, Pec Deck - Butterfly Press, Leg Extension, Leg Abduction, Preacher Curls, Low Row, Tricep Push Downs, Shoulder Press, Lat Pull Downs and Ab Crunches.
